Our dry cured bacon has once again been awarded
1 place in Victoria at the Australian PorkMark Bacon Awards,
This annual competition is held by Australian Pork. The product is judged raw and cooked with criteria including: aroma, appearance, lean to fat ratio, taste and texture.
With over 140 entries this year, we are very proud of this achievement!
