Technically speaking, diced beef can be derived from any cut or muscle, the only requirement being that it is diced. In that sense, it's similar to beef mince. And, like beef mince, some supermarkets and butchers use the processed nature of the product to disguise lower-quality produce. That doesn't happen at Peter Bouchier.

Grass-Fed Beef Chuck Diced: Our diced chuck beef is cubed to be 2 inches thick. It's ideal for a 3-hour slow cook, and we sell it in increments of 500g.
Grass-Fed Beef Blade Diced: Our diced blade is also cubed to 2 inches thick. We recommend recipes with a 1.5-hour cook for this cut of beef. Also available in 500g portions.
