After a number of trips between Ireland and Australia, a solid partnership developed, Clonakilty entrusting Peter Bouchier to produce and distribute the Clonakilty Blackpudding and Whitepudding within Australia. We use high quality local products to make the puddings as well as the Clonakilty spice mix that is sent directly from Ireland. While traditionally served as part of a breakfast, Clonakilty Blackpudding can be a special addition to enhance any starter, salad or main course.
