For those who love breast meat, the turkey buffet provides an on-the-bone advantage of increased moisture. The buffet cut is the turkey breasts on the bone with wings. Stuffing can be used in the cavity under the breasts or under the skin of neck. Numurkah Turkey have been producing their free range turkeys for over 30 years. Peter Bouchier has long been affiliated with Numurkah Turkey, we believe in their consistent and high quality turkeys, and are proud to serve them to our customers again this Christmas. Our Christmas in July buffets are 4kg each.
