Peter Bouchier’s beef sausages are strictly made from grass-fed cattle raised on verdant natural farmland. We source our carbon-neutral sausage beef from the producers and pastoralists at Five Founders. Their dedication to ethical rearing and environmental protection is unmatched. The quality of their car is reflected in the quality of their meat, as you will see. Well, taste.
We source our sausage beef from Five Founders. They exclusively raise free-roaming, grass-feeding cattle on vast and verdant fields that they care for themselves. Not only are they extraordinary cattle farmers, but they are also conscientious environmental stewards.
We choose to partner with Five Founders because of their holistic view of quality. Their well-tended farmland, tenderly raised cattle, and total control over the supply chain has resulted in some of the best beef we have ever had the pleasure to stock.
There is no gluten in any of our beef sausages.
Our thin and thick sausages do contain sulphite preservatives. These aid in improving the lifespan and quality of the meat but are well below the acceptable daily intake standards.
The simplest way to cook beef sausages is by BBQing them or pan-frying them. We find this simple technique is the best way to enjoy the pure flavour of the meat. However, the flavour of our beef sausages will shine through any dish prepared.
