Heat a frying pan on medium heat and add some ghee. Add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Add the mince and fry until fully browned.
Add all the spices, bone broth and water and stir through. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes or so.
Once it’s ready, serve it with your choice of sides, in soft tortillas or inside lettuce cups for a refreshing low carb option, or alongside corn chips or homemade tortilla chips, avocado or guacamole, salsa or other yummy dips / sides.
