We’re also well aware that in buying crumbed chicken, you are entrusting us to prepare the meals you’ll cook for your guests. That’s a responsibility we take seriously. Our butchers expertly clean and prepare your chicken tenderloin or breast, then coat in generously seasoned and herbed breadcrumbs.
The best way to cook crumbed chicken fillets is to shallow fry them in olive oil in a deep pan. Frying them for 4 to 5 minutes on each side should give you a crunchy golden crust and tender, moist chicken.
