Choose thin sausages or chipolatas when you want a faster cook and smaller portions. Choose classic pork sausages when you want a balanced, all round option. Choose flavoured styles like Italian or Moroccan when you want something with more seasoning built in.
Cook until browned and cooked through, then rest briefly before serving.
- Cevapcici: Much easier to eat than pronounce, these skinless, spicy Slovakian sausages come in trays of four. Perfect for the BBQ, as burger patties, or in pasta dishes.
- Chipolatas: These are short, thin sausages that come in trays of six. We stock an array of flavours, like beef, pork, lamb, honey and rosemary, and chicken and chive.
- Free range pork sausages: Lightly seasoned with a course texture, these classic sausages are made with free range pork. Available per piece. This is a fresh product and should be consumed within 2-3 days.
- Thin sausages: Simple sausages, perfect for sizzling on the BBQ. Made from quality ingredients, like our grass fed beef. They're the classic Australian sausage, but way more impressive. These snags are sure to impress.
