We source our carbon-neutral sausage beef from the producers and pastoralists at Five Founders. Their dedication to ethical rearing and environmental protection is unmatched. - Gourmet sausages are 60% grass-fed beef and 15% free-range pork and infused with honey, chipotle and a smattering of seasoning. If you’re after a special treat, look no further. Packaged with 5 pieces to a tray.
- Thick sausages are pure and simple. However, these hefty sausages are suitable for so much more than the barbeque. Chop them into pasta, risottos, stews and bakes. Juicy and flavourful, they complement any dish.

There is no gluten in any of our beef sausages.
Our thin and thick sausages do contain sulphite preservatives. These aid in improving the lifespan and quality of the meat but are well below the acceptable daily intake standards.
