Keep burger patties refrigerated and follow the date on the label. For online orders packed in sealed trays, use the printed use by or best before date. If you are not cooking them soon, freeze as soon as possible.
Cook on a hot pan or BBQ. Sear on high heat until browned, then continue cooking to your preferred doneness. Avoid pressing the patties while cooking and let them rest briefly before serving.
We primarily use beef chuck in our burger patties. Chuck has a wonderful balance of lean meat and fat, which gives the burgers their juicy texture and meaty flavour.
