INGREDIENTS
- 1 Peter Bouchier turkey breast fillet with stuffing
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 tsp salt and pepper
METHOD
- Preheat fan forced oven to 160°C.
- Brush the top of the turkey breast with olive oil, salt and pepper, cover with foil and place in the oven dish.
- Cook the turkey breast allowing 30 minutes per 500g (approximately 2 hours). Or until internal temperature reaches 70°C.
- Remove the foil with 30 minutes remaining and return to oven to allow the skin to crisp and turn golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let stand for 15 minutes prior to serving.
