DESCRIPTION

A rich, juicy steak that melts in your mouth. The scotch fillet steak has a strip of fat that runs through the meat, its melts in the cooking process with an indulgent result. We recommend serving this steak medium to allow for that fat to render and increase the flavour of the steak. Approximately 300g each.  Sold individually. This is a fresh product and should be consumed within 2-3 days.
