Our ham nugget has a full flavour, is moist and easy to slice. Though small, the quality and flavour of our ham nuggets is the same as the larger hams in the range. Using our own Peter Bouchier Certified Free Range Pork, we craft our award winning ham using our secret recipe and traditional technique. Average weight is 1kg, weight can vary up to 15%.
