DESCRIPTION
Our ham nugget has a full flavour, is moist and easy to slice. Though small, the quality and flavour of our ham nuggets is the same as the larger hams in the range. Using our own Peter Bouchier Certified Free Range Pork, we craft our award winning ham using our secret recipe and traditional technique. Average weight is 1kg, weight can vary up to 15%.

You really can taste the difference in this free range ham! We were initially concerned this ham wouldn’t be big enough but the richness and depth of flavour of the meat meant size wasn’t an issue.

I don't like that it doesn't show the ingredients because I'm allergic to things that are in most meats but there are a few brands that don't use it and I was hoping to see a list of ingredients because it isn't counted as an allergen

I ordered this alongside the stuffed turkey for a XMAS in Winter feast for 6 of us. This was SO easy to cook. I'll never muck around with larger hams again. Was incredibly juicy, not a single person was left disappointed (except for the one sad vegan) and destressed all the other prep I had to take care of for catering for this group. I've ordered a second time and it's good to go this weekend. 3rd will be on the way soon, and if Bouchier offers this at XMAS time then I have part of my menu sorted already. There are no hints or tips to this one - you cant go wrong with it. And it was more than enough for 6 of us (plus leftovers) when combined with turkey.
