I strongly believe the quality of the sausage a butcher produces is a reflection of the butcher themselves. And these sausages are gold. Peter B's sausages and Brendan's have got to be the best sausages hands down. We have converted so many people who poo pooed the humble sausage who now love these sausages. The Cumberlands are our favourite and Go To, but the other sausages have also been a winner. These Cumberlands have been great cooked in an oven, on a gas bbq or over a campfire.
