The pork rack I received was not what I ordered, it was very fatty and only had 3 chops. The picture showed 6 Free Range cutlets and it was a loin. Very disappointed

The Pork rack was beautiful, but unfortunately there was a very sharp piece of metal that was found in the meat. We were lucky that it was found when chewing before swallowing and not eaten as it was very sharp and if invested could have caused serious harm.
I followed your recipe i found it a little dry I used my miele steamer so a little disappointed
