For those who love breast meat, the turkey buffet provides an on-the-bone advantage of increased moisture. The buffet cut is the turkey breasts on the bone with wings. Stuffing can be used in the cavity under the breasts or under the skin of neck. Numurkah Turkey have been producing their free range turkeys for over 30 years.
