Australian Turkey (88.2%), Stuffing [Sage & Onion Seasoning (36.9%) [Breadcrumb [Wheat Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast, Wheat Gluten], Dehydrated Onion (9%), Salt, Herbs & Spice [includes Sage (1%)],Vegetable Powders [includes Onion (<0.1%)], Natural Flavours, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Chicken Powder, Cream (Milk) Powder (Milk), Wheat Fibre, Natural Colour (Turmeric)], Water, Sautéed Onion (22.2%),Olive Oil, Sage (2%)]

1. Preheat fan forced oven to 160˚C.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Cover with foil and cook for 2.5 hours.
4. Remove foil, brush with butter, and baste.
5. Increase oven to 200°C for the final 30 minutes, continue to baste every 10 minutes.
5. Rest before carving.
