DESCRIPTION

Always tender, lean and flavoursome, it's no surprise the eye fillet is the most popular of all beef cuts. Our grass fed beef is sourced from Victoria and NSW. Due to its low fat content, the eye fillet is best served medium-rare. This is a fresh product and should be consumed within 2-3 days, or suitable for home freezing.
