Not that we have tried all of the meat yet . The shoulder of lamb was magnificent. We had the Parma for lunch very tasty 😋

I have cooked many meals with the lamb shoulder from Peter Bouchier. Slow cooked lamb in balsamic glaze and the latest was a Rogan Josh slow cooked lamb curry. The meat fell apart and was juicy and flavoursome.
