Turkey breast with stuffing recipe
1. Preheat fan forced oven to 160°C.
2. Brush top of turkey fillet with olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Cook the turkey fillet allowing 30 minutes per 500g or until internal temperature* reaches 70°C.
4. Remove from oven and rest for 15 minutes prior to serving.

DESCRIPTION
Ready for the oven, our turkey fillets with stuffing are a great choice for easy cooking and carving. Available in all of our house-made stuffings. We suggest these serve six-eight people with other meats on the table. Approximately 2.2-2.5kg each priced at $40.90kg. Keep refrigerated, store below 5°C.

Christmas pre-order questions
Having your order confirmation email on your phone or printed is useful, so we can confirm your order details. As a minimum, we need your name and contact number.
We will add a selection of Christmas products to our regular online store throughout December, however we are not able to take orders in advance for home delivery of Christmas products.
Pricing is dependent on product weight, which is why we only take a deposit. The deposit value is set at 25% of the estimated total price, the remaining value is payable at collection.
