Too late to show photos. It was eaten with vigour. As a widower, the meal is ideal. After cooking for the family for forty years I no longer have desire to cook for one. Great taste and lasted for two meals with addition of vegetables and potatoes, rice.

Australian grass fed beef (26%), thickened cream (21%) (cream (milk), gelatine), mushrooms (9%), water, veal glace (water, veal bones, carrots, celery, tomato, mushroom, garlic, herbs, spice), white cooking wine (white wine, salt, water, preservative [220, contains sulphites]), cornflour (maize), onions, vegetable oil, salt, brown sugar, herbs, garlic, spice.
1. Preheat oven to 160˚C
2. Remove plastic wrapping and cover with foil.
3. Place in the oven on the middle rack and heat for 35 mins.
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Serve with fresh pasta or rice.

This used to be better and my go to for last minute get togethers. It wasn’t as tasty this time. It was too rich on the creamy side. Too much sauce hiding the meat and the meat didn’t have any flavor or quality. Felt like hiding a low quality ingredient with lots if butter and cream.

This is a dish I buy with most of my Bouchier orders. I love it 'neat' (as in the picture), but you may wish to try it either with a fettucine (similar to a ragu), or with long grain rice. I've just had it with fettucine and it was sensational.

I bought the beef stroganoff for the first time last week, and it was really yummy. I would suggest though that it needs more than 35 minutes at 160 degrees… I had to put it back for another 10 minutes at 180 for the best results. But it’s super easy and tasty and I will definitely be buying this again!
