Although the chicken was delicious,I was unable to serve it to my daughter who is allergic to tartrazine (102) - yellow food colouring! You may not have realised, but the breadcrumbs used to coat the chicken have tartrazine colouring. I had thought that “plain crumb” would be safe, but sadly not! I guess you purchase the breadcrumbs ready-made, but I make a big plea for all those who are allergic to food colouring! It isn’t necessary in your lovely food, and it can be life threatening for those who are allergic to it. Thankyou.
