We have a terrific teriyaki beef stir fry recipe that’s sure to satisfy. Although the recipe calls for our grass-fed beef strips, you can quite easily substitute in our sizzle steaks, which you can cut to your liking or serve as is over a bed of rice.

Our thin sizzle steaks need to cook for approximately three minutes on each side. What’s more important is to plan for the level of doneness you like. We suggest you use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the steak:
- Rare - 60°C
- Medium/Rare - 65°C
- Medium - 70°C
- Well Done - 75°C
