The flavour of this chicken is outstanding and the texture is delightful, including the breast meat. We have roasted them with a traditional stuffing (crumbs, herbs, shallot, prosciutto etc) and a Moroccan-style stuffing of couscous, sauteed onion & garlic, fresh dates and ground cumin, coriander and cinnamon. Our preferred roasting bird from now on!

Great value, flavourful chicken. You can do so much with a whole chicken. We broke down the chicken, used the breasts for schnitzels, thighs and skin for ramen topping. Bones for chicken stock which was used for ramen, risotto, Shepard’s pie. Winner.
