Very good herb and butter sauce. I have had it a few times now. Can be a little inconsistent with the herb to butter ratio.

I'm a fan of most products from Bouchier meats - but this one not so much. I found it very hard to balance the right amount of time in boiled water - 30 seconds on the first pack was not enough, 40 seconds on the second pack was too much! It seems better to underdo it though, as overheating causes chucks to form. The taste was nice - probably better than that. I'd probably go a 3.5 if it were possible - but I think a neutral rating on this is fair enough. Personally, I wont buy this again.

During lockdowns this definitely cured my craving while Entrecôte was closed. Together with a Peter Bouchier Steak, it is seriously amazing!
