I was very happy with the quality of the lamb cutlets and I love the option of a home delivery. I prefer to make my own marinades due to us being an allergic family so I popped these into a simple marinade of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and fresh rosemary & oregano for a few hours before barbecuing them.
