As in my other review, this meat product was beautifully presented, and delicious, and top quality. It was very moist. My only suggestion is that they provide cooking instructions with each item as I had to check the net to find out how best to cook them. Service delivery was spot on, and ordering over the internet was made easy with their website. This is the first time I have ordered meat online, and from this butcher, and it was seamless. I don't know why I haven't thought of it before.
