The Beef Wellingtons with pate are perfect with steamed green vegetables. I also add a mushroom sauce.
easy way for a dinner party
Lacked flavour. Needed a richer mushroom paste and possibly some spices.
Truly excellent - fresh, full of flavour, expertly made and so easy to cook at home. Will be ordering this again without question
This is the second time I have ordered this. First time around, I ordered 2. This second time around, I ordered 4 because after the last time, I knew we'd want to have leftovers the next day. As with all of Peter Bouchier products, I love the consistent quality of the produce in each of the items. In this, the pastry, the beef and the pate all hold their own and together the flavours were delightful and exactly what I was after when I pictured having a Wellington for dinner. It was an indulgent weeknight meal but oh so worth it after a long day... and it pairs beautifully with a good wine.

I ordered a few pre cooked meals which I absolutely loved and would definitely order again.. But the beef Wellington was sadly quite a disappointment..

What a delicious treat for our Christmas in July celebration! A delicious piece of beef with decadent pate and mushroom duxelle. So tasty. Will order again and make every day feel special.

Best Beef Wellington that I have cooked - well, with a bit of help with the preparation of it. Delicious! Didn't stick whilst cooking, fantastic taste. Will buy again.
Arrived perfectly and bakes perfectly.
Packaged well, perfect portion size and as described. Great flavour. Only thing....took longer than 20 mins on 180 oven fan forced, preheated. Would order again!
Very tasty the way we like it and the Perfect size for us. We love having our own portion fully wrapped in our own pocket as apposed to an entire roast

I never thought I would say it about simple cookie dough, but this is by far the best cookie dough I have ever used. Cookies just melt in your mouth.

Jam packed full of rich chocolatey goodness, these easy to bake and deliciously addictive cookies will have you licking your lips and looking for more. A great easy dessert, served hot out of the oven on some delicious vanilla ice-cream.
The best Beef Wellingtons in years. I’ve eaten these the past 35 years and this version is handy in one serve each, also puffy tasty pastry right size of tender beef and a good balance of flavours all around.
