Normally I prefer to make our chicken parmas so I know the quality of the ingredients in the dish. Peter Bouchier parmas are the only ones we will buy ready to go because they don't let us down with the quality of the ingredients and who doesn't love a good parma as a weeknight meal. The parmas come packaged really well so there's not hesitation that the product will last, and the portion size is perfect - generous with all the ingredients.

The parma’s are a weekly regular at our house. Fabulous and generous in size everything is made to perfection. So easy just to pop in the oven to reheat and brown. I can only manage a half. My husband adores these.

Chicken was really tender & had lots of flavour, lots of cheese which my family loved. Was a very generous serve so plenty left over for sandwiches. Only criticism was that they needed more tomato sauce as was a little dry and was not much on them - you couldn't see the sauce unless you lifted off the ham and cheese. Would definitely buy again.
