Preheat oven to 180°C (fan forced). Place chicken kiev on a lined oven tray and cook for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. Use a meat probe to ensure internal temperature has reached 75°C
For best results, lightly spray with olive oil before cooking to enhance crumb colour.

These Kievs are top notch. The crumbing is consistently even and fresh, the chicken is high quality and has flavour and the all-important buttery garlic sauce is as buttery and garlicky as you would like. Tried them in the air fryer a few times now and compared to other Kievs, they are the best performer in terms of being able to keep that sauce from popping out but still cooking the chicken properly. Only thing that would make these better would possibly be more sauce.

This is the best chicken Kyiv (Ukrainian govt recently requested the name be changed from Kiev, which was the Russian spelling)! So easy to bake in the oven resulting in a lovely crispy coating. Maybe air fryer could shorten time for those in a rush!
