DESCRIPTION
These free range whole Pekin ducks are sourced from Great Ocean Ducks. Raised by Greg and Jodi Clarke on their 16-hectare property overlooking Port Campbell, near the Twelve Apostles and Victoria’s Great Ocean Road. The ducks are pasture raised, uniquely fed on strawberries, figs and other fruits. These sensational ducks can be found on the menus at many of Melbourne's best restaurants.

The quality of this free range duck supplied by Peter Bouchier was excellent. We cooked it in a Romertopf clay pot as this way the duck browns but still stays juicy. Today (Boxing Day) we'll enjoy the duck cold with salads :-)

We received three ducks instead of the two I ordered because they were slightly underweight. This was absolutely fine with us. The delivery was prompt and well packaged. I froze two and roasted one glazed duck. It was beautiful meat, melt in your mouth tender. The leftovers made a tasty soup. I would highly recommend Peter Bouchier for their supply of delicious free range duck and for their efficient service.
