5 kg 2 hours 55 minutes to 3 hours 20 minutes
6 kg 3 hours 30 minutes to 4 hours 0 minutes
7 kg 4 hours 5 minutes to 4 hours 40 minutes
Notes
Remove the foil for the final 30 minutes to crisp the skin.
A turkey without stuffing will take slightly less time.
Use a thermometer and finish when the centre reaches 70°C. Rest 20 minutes before carving.

A Christmas classic - a free range whole turkey ready to be seasoned and stuffed with one of our house-made stuffings. Numurkah Turkey have been producing their free range turkeys for over 30 years. Peter Bouchier has long been affiliated with Numurkah Turkey, we believe in their consistent and high quality turkeys, and are proud to serve them to our customers again this Christmas. Priced at $25.90kg.

Christmas pre-order questions
Having your order confirmation email on your phone or printed is useful, so we can confirm your order details. As a minimum, we need your name and contact number.
We will add a selection of Christmas products to our regular online store throughout December, however we are not able to take orders in advance for home delivery of Christmas products.
Pricing is dependent on product weight, which is why we only take a deposit. The deposit value is set at 25% of the estimated total price, the remaining value is payable at collection.
