Picked up, cleaned, brined, drained stuffed, roasted, tested and eaten. Marvellous!
Magnificent
Turkey was moist and delicious.
I used my Neff oven with Circotherm and the meat probe to 75 degrees, let turkey rest for 60 minutes and it was perfectly moist in the breast. I didn’t try too hard to brown up the breast and I think that helped to keep it moist. I also used large bacon strips and foil to protect the breast, and removed foil and bacon at 70 degrees to try to brown it up. I also put foil on the wings in the last 30 minutes

I order a turkey online from Bouchier every year and it's always ready for me when I go to pick it up and always a perfect turkey which my guests love. This year I also had a question about some sausages that I ordered and was worried about the use-by date and the date I was intending to cook them for interstate guests. The attention that my phone call received was meticulous and my concerns taken seriously and politely. I have to say that this quality of customer service is rare these days. Turkey was delicious with tasty forcemeat and sage stuffing.
delicious use the gordon Ramsay method but cooked it in the weber kettle not oven. It came out at the 2 hour mark, rested for 90 minutes and it was succulent and moist and lovely flavour.

Your butchers took the two breasts and two marylands off the carcass for me. I did rolls with my own stuffing catering for various allergies in the family, and slow roasted and shredded the marylands for a delicious caramelised onion, duck and raspberry vinegar salad
I didn’t get an instruction booklet this year, luckily found last years! The turkey was delicious, even the non turkey lovers enjoyed it!! Great efficient service as usual! Annie Freeman
