Peter Bouchier Smallgoods Win Big at International Awards

Peter Bouchier Smallgoods Win Big at International Awards

We’re proud to announce that Peter Bouchier smallgoods have received multiple awards at the IFFA DFV Quality Competition in Germany — one of the world’s leading events for smallgoods and butchery excellence.

Held every three years in Frankfurt, IFFA attracts entries from top producers across the globe. Products are judged by an expert international panel on criteria such as flavour, texture, appearance, and overall quality.

This year, our entries — originally awarded Gold at the AMIC Charcuterie Excellence Awards 2023–2024 — were submitted to IFFA, and the results speak for themselves.

Gold Medals

Silver Medals

Bronze Medals

These wins are a reflection of our commitment to quality — using only the best free-range meats, small-batch production methods, and traditional techniques honed over decades.

Whether it’s a classic kabana, a smoky slice of streaky bacon or a festive leg ham, each product reflects the work of a dedicated team passionate about the craft of smallgoods.
